Moth Wooden Hands
£30.00
I finally went and did it, I made some moth hands. These little beauties stand at 8 inches tall at full extension and are made using a combination of Posca markers and acrylic paints applied using palette knives.
The designs include a Clymene Moth, who's wings look like an upside-down cross when they're closed, the famous Death Head Hawk Moth and the pink and yellow stunner, the Rosy Maple Moth. On the knuckles you'll find references to either the common or scientific name of the moth on the main hand, and the wrist has colours from the moth mixed around it.
These are something of a test product to see what I could do with palette knives on hands, and this is reflected in the price.
